Add your sugar and yeast to the warm water and let sit
Combine flour and salt in a bowl
Add water and yeast mixture and olive oil to dry ingredients, and mix until well combined
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minnutes, until the dough becomes smooth
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowel and let rise for 30 min or until doubled in size
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F)
After letting the dough rise place it on a lightly floured surface and partially roll it out
Lightly oil a pizza pan (or any pan) and place the rolled out dough in the center
Use your hands to stretch the dough out towards the edges of the pan
Use a spoon to spread a thin layer of the sauce onto the dough
Layer on ham (and any other toppings) and top with cheese
Place pizza in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes (until cheese starts to brown slightly)
